I recently returned from a business meets leisure trip to Singapore and Vietnam where I had the opportunity to learn a little more about the latter's history, in particular that pertaining to the Vietnam War, a war that the under-resourced North Vietnamese won against the might of the Americans and its Allies.

Large organisations with the vast resources and figurative firepower at their disposal shouldn’t underestimate is what an environment of scarce resources, paired with an incredibly strong mindset can do.

In this episode, I discuss the ingenuity of the North Vietnamese and the number one characteristic that separates successful entrepreneurs and innovators from the pack.
