He is Associate Professor of Management at Oral Roberts University where he teaches courses on creativity, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. He is also the founder and host of LDRLB, a podcast on leadership, innovation, and strategy. He has just released Under New Management, how leading organizations are upending business as usual, in which he challenges many of the long-standing management disciplines we take for granted with new and radical alternatives that seem to be working at some of today’s more progressive organisations.
